Ready to look at your website together.

Whether you need a new site or want to improve what you have, the first step is a short, no pressure call. We look at your website or idea together and talk about visitors, goals, and constraints.

From there we can decide if you need a new build, an audit, or a simple support plan. Sometimes the best outcome is a clear next step, not a big project.

If we already work together, this is also where you can reach out about phase two ideas, care plan questions, or anything that feels off with your current site.

This is usually a good fit if

  • Your website needs to support inquiries, bookings, programs, or membership.
  • You want a site that your team can safely update without worrying about breaking it.
  • You prefer clear, practical recommendations instead of jargon and trends.

It might not be a fit if

  • You mainly want a quick visual refresh without touching structure or content.
  • You need a large agency with many people involved and multiple layers of management.
  • You only need one off tiny fixes with no context for how the site is used.

Get in touch

Share a few details about your website.

This form gives me enough context to make our first call useful. Rough notes are fine. You do not need perfect explanations.

If we already work together, you can include your site or project name so I can pull up context before we talk.

I reply within two business days with a short response and suggested next steps.

A URL is enough. If you have several, share the one that matters most right now.

Expectations

A few common questions before you reach out.

Do you charge for the first call?

No. The first call is for both of us to see if the work and timing make sense. You will leave with a clearer picture and some options, not an invoice.

How quickly can projects start?

Most projects start a few weeks after we agree to work together. Timing depends on your content readiness and my current schedule. I will always tell you honestly what is realistic.

Do you work with people outside Western Canada?

In some cases. My focus is small organizations in Western Canada. If your context is very different I will say so and only continue if I feel I can actually help.

What if I am not sure how to describe the problem?

That is common. Rough notes and a sense that something is not working are enough. Part of my job is to help you put words to what you are seeing.
